Professional Scrum with Kanban (PSK)

Level: Intermediate

Language: English

Description: This training, leading to a Scrum.org certification, is for participants with experience in Scrum. It teaches the use of Kanban within Scrum. By the end of this training, participants can take broader actions within their teams (e.g., modify a Kanban board, change explicit rules, etc.), while tracking the impact of these changes on Pacemkr charts.

Duration: 2 days

Applying flow metrics for Scrum (AFMS)

Level: Advanced

Language: English

Description: This training, leading to a ProKanban.org certification, is for advanced practitioners of Scrum and Kanban. Participants leave the training with a deep understanding for full control of the mathematics behind Pacemkr. For example, participants master Monte Carlo simulations used for forecasts, allowing them to demonstrate the monetary cost based on the total age of work items in progress.

Audience: Senior Scrum Master, Agile coach, RTE, PCO
